Most small implementations go live in 6–12 weeks; larger, multi-department projects run 12–24 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the number of modules, how clean your data is, and how quickly decisions are made on your side. We confirm it during discovery.

We work in fixed-scope packages so you know the cost up front, with day rates only for anything outside the agreed scope. Tell us your team size and the processes you want to cover, and we'll quote it on a discovery call.

For most small and medium businesses, no. We implement an open-source ERP, which is open-source and covers CRM, sales, invoicing, inventory, purchasing, accounting and more. If a specific need calls for it, we'll tell you honestly rather than push you to a paid tier.

We migrate it. Customers, products, open invoices and history are extracted, cleaned, mapped and validated before go-live, with a parallel-run period so nothing is lost in the switch. See our System Migration service.
