Questions about how we work

Most fixed-scope projects run between 2 and 8 weeks depending on scope. We agree the timeline up front in Phase 2, so you know the plan before any build starts.

We design for the least disruption. Parallel runs and staged go-lives mean you keep operating normally while we switch you over in controlled steps.

The phases scale to your project. A small website is lighter on phases 3 and 4; a full ERP uses all five. We right-size it during discovery so you only pay for what you need.

A working system that's yours to run and keep — source code, configuration and documentation, with a perpetual licence and no lock-in — plus a trained team and an ongoing support option.

Phase 5 never really ends. We stay on with a support plan for monitoring, updates, fixes and improvements as your business grows.
